Shipping Policy

1. Shipping policy for distributors:

Free shipping within the city for orders from 20 to 30 boxes or more of Blue products.

For agents / distributors outside the province will bear the shipping fee for orders. However, for orders of NPP reaching 600 barrels/month or more, customers will be supported 5000 VND/carton for shipping costs.

2. Shipping policy for retail customers:

Blue Vietnam offers FREE home delivery for customers who purchase an order with a value of 300,000 VND or more, within the inner city of Hanoi and a radius of 5km.

For other orders, charges will apply according to the delivery fee table of the 3rd carrier. This shipping cost will be notified and confirmed by us with customers when making payment.
